Weird Food Combinations!

Cold pizza and ranch dressing.
French fries dipped in a Wendy's Frosty. But a lot of people do that...

I love peanut butter an banana sandwiches, but a coworker eats mayo and banana sandwiches. :hurl:

Gal after my own heart, Kat! In college we would take scrambled eggs and hash browns and cover the whole thing with ketchup. :hammer: But the eggs were powdered, that was the only way we could eat them.

French fries in hot mustard (like the nugget dip from McDonald's).
Kielbasa sandwiches with mayo (I can see my poor grandmother rolling in her grave- she smacked me over that one  ).
hotdogs with mustard pickle relish and saurkraut

Princess #2 will only eat bologna sandwiches if they are made on cinnamon raisin bread. :hurl:

I'm sure there are more crazy combos I like, but they are normal to me so I can't think of anymore now.

Scrambled Eggs and Ketchup
I go through phases where I don't like certain food that I ordinarily love, and my current hate phase is eggs. :hurl: In a couple of months I'll like them again. :lookaroun
But when I do like them, I loooooove scrambled eggs and ketchup.
I also liked grilled cheese and ketchup. :D (I am also currently on a phase where I dislike bread. :lookaroun)

French Fries and Ranch Dressing
I don't really like ranch, but I love eating french fries with bleu cheese dressing. :lookaroun
French fries with marinara sauce isn't bad either.

I also dislike pickles, but I like it when I'm eating potato chips that have touched a pickle. :lookaroun

My sister used to eat mayonaise sandwiches when she was little ( which is mayo between 2 slices of white bread, no meat, no cheese):hurl:

My DD11 likes to dip her french fries in honey mustard:hurl:

Here in New Jersey a very common thing is french fries with brown gravy and cheese(usually mozzarella) melted on top!:slurp::slurp::slurp:

And you're talking about Disco Fries!

I always put salsa on my scrambled eggs...... :lookaroun

I put salsa on my scrabled eggs quite often... especially if I put cheese on them. :slurp:

I know this isn't really a combo... but me and my sister both like our pancakes raw... as in we make the batter nice and thick, and then put them on the griddle just long enough for it to get cakey on either side, with the middle ooooozing out when you cut it open! :slurp:

:ROFLOL:I was waiting for you to post this!

  • french fries and Wendy's Frosty
  • dill pickles and Nutella chocolate spread
  • Swiss cheese on my PB & J sandwiches

Fritos and ketchup. Discovered that one in Henry Ford Museum, oddly enough.

Another one might be the caramel sauce bread I tried at Ohana's... I'm still not even sure if that was the original purpose of having the caramel there.

My sister puts cottage cheese on her hot dogs. Now THAT'S what I consider to be odd. :dazzle:

^That one's actually not bad. And clearly since I'm Canadian, I MUST put maple syrup on everything... ;)
