weekly mileage

Ok so weekly I average about 15 miles although I am slowly trying to increase that.

Just out of curiosity...how many miles do each of you log each week?

week of the 29 - aug4- total 17 miles
aug5- 11- total 21 miles
aug12- 17- total 17 miles
aug 18-25- total 18 miles
aug. 26-31- 3 miles
sept.2-7 * - total 19 miles
* included my race last weekend in this..
sept. 21-28 - total 20 miles

Last week - 11
This week - at least 16

Following the Galloway plan and I had a busy travel week so I was doing the shorter option (30 min instead of 45 min) for my mid-week runs, and the Saturday run was only 3 miles. This week I will most likely do 45-55 min during the week runs and have a 7 mile run lined up on Saturday. With his plan I have one long Saturday run every other week - increasing as the weeks progress, and step back down to 4 the other weeks.

I was going to click the Like button but then I felt that a Shock and Awe button would be more appropriate when it comes to you, Nick.

Those 'just under 200 mile' weeks are very early in training. I haven't hit that number since late Feb, early March. I've been keeping it around 130, but the last few weeks have been 116-125. I'll ramp it up after BoB100, back to back 30-35 milers monday-friday...on technical trails :D

I was thinking the same thing the man is a machine. As to the question I do no less than 31 and a quarter miles per week. Sometimes a little more I am trying to restrain myself from doing too much more than that as I tend to get obsessive with my running.

I just realized, I don't think I put that many miles on my car in a week,lol

So as of last week I started logging every run in a calendar. And since increasing my mileage and trying to run or at least do something at the gym 5-6 days a week, last week I logged 28 miles. Of course my 10 mile day helped tremendously but I hope to keep up this week. I can't wait to get started tonight.

I do at least 10 miles a week. It will depend on what race I'm training for. So probably the most I've done in a week is 26. Last week was 13.6.
