weekly mileage

So as of last week I started logging every run in a calendar. And since increasing my mileage and trying to run or at least do something at the gym 5-6 days a week, last week I logged 28 miles. Of course my 10 mile day helped tremendously but I hope to keep up this week. I can't wait to get started tonight.

Definitely keep a running log. I love to total up the number of miles I've run at the end of each year. It also lets me keep track of howmany miles I've put on a pair of running shoes to see when it's time for new ones.

I agree. I keep my running log in a Google Doc and have columns that totals up my yearly mileage to-date and mileage on my current pair of shoes to-date. :)
