Today was a perfect day. Slept in a bit, hung out in my pj’s until I showered at 1:00! Don’t judge me.
We met our friend at his hotel and went over to The Old Mill for a late lunch/early dinner. We checked in, and were told it was a 30-45 minute wait. At 3:30!
Turned out to be closer to 30 minutes, but still bumped us past 4:00 - out of the lunch menu, and into the dinner menu.
Dinner menu includes salad and dessert. Score!
This bee was HUGE!

The food, as always, was outstanding.
We each got a different dressing. I got ranch. Their famous corn chowder is still included.
I got the pork chops. I ate 1 1/2 of them. So good.
Mike got country fried steak.
Our friend got the fried chicken. Green beans and mashed potatoes were served family style.
Mike got the cobbler.
Our friend got the chocolate cake to go, but then decided to join Mike, so pardon the presentation.
I got banana pudding, because I figured it would travel best. No pic.
