We have fountains all over the city, most of them with potable water. In an effort to reduce plastic bottle waste, they have now put out one water fountain in the city center that disburses sparkling water - I always fill up there if I have a water bottle with me.

During Irma , the 72 year old manager of the Ernest H home in Key West refused to evacuate. She, some staff and all the cats rode out the horrific hurricane hunkered down in the house.Thank you. And yes, it looks like Fiona won’t be too impactful to us.
We just watched the Traveling Robert YT video of October 5, 2017, where he documented his drive from the top of the Keys all the way down to KW. The devastation Irma wrought from Marathon down was jaw dropping.
Not a lot of places to hide down here.
