We are going to Disney World!!!

Hello all!!! I am very excited to post that my husband and I are headed to WDW the third week in October and we will be celebrating our 11th Wedding Anniversary! We were going to go last year on our 10th, but my mother was ill and I opted to care for her instead. We will be staying in Pop Century and will be there for a week! This will be the first time that we are going together alone without other family members and are busy reading up on all the wonderful places to eat and making the plan for the ADRs 180 days out! I will be posting here I am sure with questions for all of you Disney Gurus....I know there are MANY (questions and Gurus)! I have enjoyed this site for many, many years and am now becoming a part of it!

The third week in October was my favorite trip. Nice weather, reasonable crowds, Food & Wine Festival, and MNSSHP. You can't go wrong. Maybe you'll even luck out with a free dining promotion like we did. We had been booked at Pop, but the promotion was free regular dining plan for mods and deluxe, and free quick-service plan for values. It cost us $27 more to stay at Caribbean Beach Resort with the regular free dining plan that it would have to stay at Pop paying for the upgrade to the regular DDP. So we got to stay at a Moderate for the first time which was really nice. Enjoy your trip and your planning!

I am hoping that's what will happen with us. We are at Pop with regular dining plan. What happened with you is my hope for our trip this year! If it happens, Awesome, if it doesn't....it's still Awesome...cause I'm going to Disney World!!!!

We have definitely decided on Be Our Guest for our Anniversary IF I can get the reservation! So I am crossing my fingers!!! With FastPass for Wishes following dinner. I hope it works out, but if doesn't; that's okay...because I'm at Disney World! I know....I say that a lot!!!
