I waited a little over 2 hours. I got in line as the family rode MS Orange over Christmas. (about an hour and 15 minutes before the first meet and greet, and was already the second person for the second meet and greet time!) It went fast. I did some people watching as my wife and kids did some other rides. It was the longest wait for me ever in WDW or DL!
