I have a question; here is an example of a picture I would like to take while at WDW:

IMG_3262.JPG

photo is not mine; I found it in a trip report by ZapperZ

So, how is this done? I don't have manual settings (several "best shot" options, if that helps) but I do have a tripod. I'm just a little confused as to how I might be able to get this picture, since it's night time and the float is moving. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
Try taking the picture with the flash on. Because your not right up close to the float it should still show the lights. If you use the nighttime settings sometimes it blurs the pictures because it tries to focus on the lights so much. You just have to play around with it. Practice with some of the other floats!

In all truth, how would security or even a character escort know how the person inside the costume is feeling at that moment?

What started as a joke from my OP has been blown up into rediculous proportions. Why are people so uptight? Geesh! Take a pill. :hammer:

ok i had my pills, im sure if it was too serious a friend of a charcter could speak up & the guest could be approached, like if a guests hits tigger not him hitting a guest.

These are some of my favoirte ones. The first one was taken by my daughter in July 2003 (before we had our digital). That's my hubby in the blue shirt with my sister and brother in law in the background. He would do that to other people who were taking pics cause he wanted to get into as many other peoples pics as possible. He's nuts! The second is from Dec 2006 and is of my dd since my hubby wasn't along.

That is what happened with all of my son's toys he left around the room. Cars, stuffed animals and his t-rex he got at Animal Kingdom 'Dinosour' ride. He thought that was the neatest thing to see when we came back to the room at the end of the day.

One time at the CB our stuffed animals were in the window with a "We missed you" sign in them! Gotta love it!
