Yes, it's in Florida at WDW.
Photoshop: The castle was brought closer and enlarged, the "Partners" statue of Walt and Mickey was removed, and I imagine some lighting effects were used, but I'm not sure.

its a fantastic picture of main street and the castle, but in reality the castle is further away therefore smaller, and its higher up on a hump making it look further awaybut still a beautiful picture, someones got a great eye for colour and design.

I've taken tons... But here is hands-down my favorite photo ever taken at WDW.

When we went in February my Stepmom tried so hard to get that picture and never could. It's beautiful.

Walt Disney World. It's photoshopped, but it's definitely from WDW.

How was is photoshopped?

Dimensions look correct (compared to other pics).

If you mean lighting, with the blur it appears that the exposure was correct.

yeah i made it lighter to make the lights look better.
