Ariel only appears in human form at the Princess breakfast in Norway.

She is also in human form on the Disney Cruise..

Stood at the end of Hollywood Boulevard, at the kiosk right in the middle facing up towards the hat ( See yellow dot in map). Picked my spot in good time for I figured it would be a good spot for photos
