I thought the same thing. I can see why they'd want to give this person a face character--she looks like a model. But Cruella?

Very nice use of the fish-eye lens.
As for Cruella and her friends beauty, I think Disney, to be fair, should allow older, less beautiful people to be friends with Cruella and Lady Tremaine. It should allow younger less beautiful people to be friends with Drizella and Anastacia. It should allow shorter beautiful people to be friends with Fairies. However, I believe their thinking is, well, this person already knows the basics of being friends with a face character (and there are universal basics). It is easier to train someone on the specifics of a new character than it is to do the entire face training from scratch.

Ah! Thank you. I know the sketch, but didn't know the character's name. (My brother-in-law thinks it's hysterical, but it just grosses me out.)
