I know some of you are intimidated about posting photos on here because your camera or your skills aren't the same as others. But in the past two days, some of you have posted some unique photos that no one else has or at a different angle. It has inspired me to go out and try it with a different camera and see if I can't tweek it a bit. That isn't to be a slight on anyone, but a THANK YOU for the great idea.

In my job, we often borrow from each other. A few weeks ago, I won a photo of the week with a photo that another photographer showed me how to do. A couple of months ago, a photographer won photo of the week on a photo I showed him how to do. It is all good.

And in that realm, I was rushing off to catch the 3:00 parade when I noticed this. I thought it was pretty, but didn't have time to sit and ponder my camera settings, so I picked an ISO at P mode and went with it, then I put the camera on fully automatic. This is what I got. I know it can be done better.
