It's done by some religious group. It always reads "jesus hearts you" or something like that. They actually do that quite a bit i imagine it's expensive too.

TiggerFanatic, this is the Muppet shop right outside the exit of MuppetVision 3D in DHS. It's themed like the Happiness Hotel from "The Great Muppet Caper" (personally, my favorite Muppet movie).

Thanks - I figured it was Muppets, but I just couldn't picture where! I'll have to pay more attention next time! And I love the Muppet Caper movie, too, but it's comes in second for me after Christmas Carol.
