WDW Picture Guessing

I'm a little confused. People have guessed this was Test Track and you said that was correct. But I don't see how this could possibly be Test Track. My guess was Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Where in Test Track do you see a guy in overalls on a video screen?

It's in the post-ride area where you walk through a simulated car factory.
They have a video monitor there playing interviews with various factory workers.
