James Madison's home- Montpelier, Montpelier Station, Virginia. At the time of this visit, 2008, it was undergoing renovations to return it to the way it was when Madison lived there. They were hurrying to complete the work in time for Constitution Day. This year, Constitution Day falls on Sunday, September 17th.
