WDW Disney Maintenance and fabrication area (central shops/dry dock) north of the Magic Kingdom. On the left the dock area supports maintenance on large boats (ferry boats, etc). The building near the bottom appears to be a composites fabrication shop. Looking closer there's an unfinished Splash Mountain ride vehicle, several trim pieces for the Tomorrowland Peoplemover support pylons and open molds for the trim pieces. Just above the dry-dock track is apparently a dismantled monorail car.
