Great picture. I've always loved those balls, balloons where ever they are called in the Land. Do you remember if they ever moved up and down when the Land first opened?

I asked a bus driver and he told me it was a sign that they were using some sort of modified route. Apparently the character names change sometimes, but characters mean the route was changed.

Hmm, I've seen it before, but never knew what it meant.
I know that "Earning my Ears" is a trainee bus.
