honestly, I have not been in Epcot at night a whole lot since the aughts. While work was happening on the spine, I thought I had read something about lights in the concreate returning which I figured meant they had been removed.

I imagine the rings they have now where meant to flash back a bit.

Well, I honestly do think they are gone (I thought long ago).

Here is another look from a night leaving Epcot in 2009, in this one, I believe the benches are gone (at least) and I do apologize if they are still there!?!??
