The Purple Stage ( and the Green Stage ) from what was on
old PI. It kept PI alive for a few years until the transition. A big shout out to the living statues. I will do a few of them down them road. For those who don't know I owned a hotel near WDW. We went down to the "new" PI a few times a week. We became friends with those performers, and and they are still close friends today. Looking at you Andre lol. Most of the performers from that time period are still playing at DS to this day. Many of them have become close friends and the guy above (Nicholas Marks) got hijacked by my brother to fly here and play my birthday party. He is such a good friend but he caught me blind. The 7 or 8 bands that played those stages at after PI kept it alive. Without them it would have been the PI bathrooms.
I loved this area. It was just across the street from the Honey, I shrunk the Kids playground, and then the Streets of America. There was also a quick-service restaurant there that I liked.
