Mechanical permits aren't usually very interesting but this one has an explicit end date of 8/26/2013.

Now, the Enjoy Your Face company seems to be a face painting company, so I'm not sure how they would be involved in some form of display unit, but maybe there is some sort of correlation?

Or, Stitch Kingdom could be completely off base. I've not been following them long enough to know how trustworthy they are.

Actually, they are right. Taking a second look at the permit in the Owner is listed as Carmella Bloxsom/Enjoy Your Face Inc. (this would normally by Walt Disney World Resort). The name Carmella Bloxsom traces back to Enjoy Your Face. The company provides face painting services to theme parks.

I am personally outraged that Disney is going to ruin Tomorrowland by bringing in a large face painting corporation! What's next Starbucks on Main Street!

That's in Frontierland. Could be for expansion.

These are particularly interesting because they show how much Disney is paying contractors for various projects. Here is a recently sampling.
