WDW park option "Extinct Ride Park" think about it!

Guys I don't think any of us actually believe this is a legit possibility. It's a day dream thread. Wouldn't it be cool if? sense.

I'm sure none of us is under the illusion that this is either feasable or desirable as an entire park, but aspects of the conversation have value. Personally, I can picture a series of booths, set up with seating for 1 to 3 per booth outfitted with D-Box technology, with wrap-around screens and simulations of extinct attractions. The simulations woul certainly be doable, with enough time and effort; I have a DVD with a simulation of Adventures from Inner Space (from www.atomobiles.com)(or www.atommobiles.com, I don't recall right off), and there was (maybe still is) a website dedicated to creating a simulation of Mr. Toad. Of course, it would not be possible for every single extinct attraction, but I hardly think an endeavor of this sort should have to be an all-or-nothing proposition. And something like that would, as has previously been suggested, work well at DisneyQuest.

I realize that it might be a pipe dream, but isn't that part of what these forums are about?

Malvito hit the nail on the head. I think sims would be possible. Really I started this topic as a chance to talk about the rides we all miss. Funny enough people mention attractions I have not thought about in years, it's great!

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
In my opinion, EPCOT has the best and most retro rides..

Communicore, Cranium Command, Body Wars, World of Motion, Journey into Imagination, Kitchen Kabaret, Food Rocks, Symbiosis, Universe of Energy, El Rio del Tiempo, Older Spaceship Earths, Millenium Village, The Living Seas, and a few more I can't think of..

Out of all of those, I'll rank the top 7 at epcot that I think would be a big crowd on the rope drop..

1. Journey into Imagination
2. Body Wars
3. The Living Seas
4. World of Motion
5. Captain EO Already happened! :D
6. Kitchen Kabaret
7. Cranium Command

I know The Adventurer's Club would be hoppin' at night in that park... It's an interesting idea that would never happen, but it's still fun to think about. I'm sure everyone would love to check out Alien Encounter, Horizons, 20k and Who Wants to be a Millionaire all in one park! I know I'd be down to see Food Rocks and Superstar Television a few times!

Coming soon is the latest addition to the Extinct Ride Park: The Enchanted Tiki Room Under New Management!
