WDW packing

So...it's getting real close! Only 7 days left until I'm there!!! I haven't started packing, but the bags are down from the attic:animwink:

I am actually getting excited about packing...I've got the kids lanyards and pins together. I've bought new autograph books online andcharged the camera and video camera. I'm I the only crazy one or does the chaos of packing for two adults and three little one (and trying to remember everything you need) help get you MORE EXCITED about the upcoming trip???:sohappy:

The packing part makes me a nervous wreck. Even though I start early, I'm usually still packing as we are heading out the door. :lol:

The craziness of packing is part of the anticipation that I love so much!
I keep a packing list on my computer and I print out a hard copy for each trip. I check things off as I get them packed away. The night before leaving I make a short list of things that can only be packed at the last minute. Makes things a lot easier!
I'm so excited for you! Enjoy every minute of the next 7 days!

I keep a notepad and pencil next to my bed, because it never fails- I remember something else just as I'm falling asleep. I'm the worrier here - DH packs his bag an hour before we leave! :lol:

Seriously, I've got a bag with maps, pins, my digital camera, reservation info. etc. When the new guidebooks come out, I'll put them right in there.

As for clothes, toothpaste etc. It'll take me about 10 minutes to pack that stuff the night before

I've never packed in advance! I usually have so many things to solve before the trip, and I usually have it confirmed only a week or two before departure, that I always end up packing 1 hour before leaving home! Thank God my aunt is the one who deals with reservations and tickets, otherwise I would end up forgetting everything!

This is an example of a WDW lanyard, which is worn around the neck and to which you can attach your tickets, pins etc.
