I like the simple design myself. It works and it's effective. Especially in the business environment... (although I was a HUGE fan of the "Four Parks, One World" slogan b/c I consider it something to be very proud of) the smaller, less colorful logo works on memos, faxes, etc. The colorful one doesn't fax well, nor does it copy well. I just have a thing about the presentation of things.

There will continue to be ADA upgrades all over. There is a certain dollar amount or percentage of upgrade rule (I knew it at one time...) that REQUIRES retrofitting certain areas for ADA compliance. However, Disney as a whole, is very well respected among Americans with disabilities. The company has gone well above-and-beyond requirements just to let guests know this is where EVERYONE can play to the best of their abilities. I seen a lot of construction/planning/safety meetings and ADA concerns always come up. Not "Oh, crap, we've got to plan for ADA." but rather "Let's focus on what we can do to make sure this has a positive impact." and that impresses me. Even on the inside.
