So its gonna be a new show? I had thought it was going to be another meet and greet? (like the mk needs another meet and greet) ;)

it's gonna be a little of column A, and a little of column B

FLCM, have you got your new nametags yet, or are they still the 100 YoM ones?

thanks,
ty:king:

yes most of us have, the CM's with the special language pins on them are still using the 100yom ones, as well as third shift CM's.

id say 9 out of 10 you see are new ones, with the rest being the old old ones, with mickey or the 100 yom ones.

Thanks for the updates. Especially on attendance. Keep us abreast as we enter the Summer vacation months. I'm expecting the Fairytale Magic Packages to bring in some large crowds. Your thoughts on that?

Thanks for another great update, FLCM! I'm kinda bummed that BTMRR will likely be down while we're there 10/10-10/18, since my son will finally be tall enough to ride, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for an early return....

I have no official word, but based on everything that I have heard, I will go out on a limb on this one and say that I am nearly 100% sure that we will see a 2 to 3 month rehab for this mountain startiong mid August, right after the crowds leave and MK cuts its hours back, last year that was around the 15th. This would mean no BTM for NoJ or ''EDIT'' MNSSHP, not MVMCP, sorry.

What do the new ones have on them?

You said that the BTMRR trains now have doors like on RnR...

RnR has doors on the limos??? I always thought you just step into them???

Now...if this is what you mean, then that would've been extensive work to either raise the platform or lower the track...(which is not what I think you mean)

Like I said...I'm not positive but I don't remember any "doors" on the Limos of the Rock N Rollercoaster.

Loading Gates.

Not doors on the actual rides.

Heading for the great escape.
I will get very teasy if BTMMR is added to the growing list of closed attractions during my August visit. To me it makes more sense to keep it running till Philarmagic is open and the xmas rush has past. Unless of course there’s a safety issue.

Are you sure it's loading gates and not something you will maybe need to step over to get into the car itself? The post says it's so people won't stick their feet out of the car.

Just curious...

Well, I know for sure they have loading gates now, but maybe he is talking about something else, or else he just worded it funny.

BTMRR

I dont think BTMRR needs doors, but what they do need is something to keep you from sliding from one side of the car to the other...

Any one want to see the bruise from my last ride?? Ouch!

Maybe some grip stuff in the boats like PotC??..:brick:

the new "doors" are on the trains themselves, so you will step over them to get in. They are just meant to make it even more challenging to stick your feet out the side during the ride by making the gap between the bottom of the opening on the sides and the lap bar smaller--basically, most people tall enough to ride, based on the average length of their legs, will not be able to get their legs high enough (w/o their knees hitting the lap bar) to get their feet out.
