I suspected that once we got past the bracketed portion of play, we could start seeing some runaways. I suspected right. Oh well. That's what happens when you stack a few sections of the thing with thrill rides and classics. :)

Not close this round, as from 8 emerged 4.

IllumiNations needed the host's tiebreak reprieve in Round 1, but has done well for itself since. PhilharMagic's dominating run ended as soon as it stepped outside the bracket phase. And Splash Mountain is still on pace to win its THIRD straight championship.

Kilimajaro Safaris (as much as I LOVE RoE, I just can't see Animal Kingdom functioning without KS. And I love animals more than I love pyrotechnics :lookaroun )

Splash Mountain (beats HM with a FLOATING LOG in my opinion :lookaroun )

Kilimanjaro Safaris (a tough call, but the safaris are a touch more impressive)

Splash Mountain (another tough call, but I find it difficult to ever vote against Splash Mountain, ToT, or Soarin' - they're just so well executed)
