Here's what I think should be done:

Main Street U.S.A.-
-I think this land is good for now. Maybe just continually do seasonally refurbishments of the exterior facades.

Adventureland-
-Ditch Iago and Zazu and bring Stitch into the Enchanted Tiki Room. Kepp the name The Enchanted Tiki Room.

-Give the Jungle Cruise a well-deserved refurnishment, including new track, new audio-animatronics and a new, different nighttime experience.

-Re-theme the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse to Tarzan's Treehouse, which includes a Tarzan Meet & Greet.

-Give Pirates of The Caribbean another refurbishment, this time adding both William Turner and Elizabeth into the ride. Enhance the effects and sound.

-Add a new walkway beside Pirates of the Caribbean, which leads to a outdoor theater, where a Tarzan show takes place daily.

-Replace the El Pirata y el Perico Restaraunt with a Pirates-themed Tortuga Restaraunt.

-Replace the Agrabah Bazaar with a Cave of Wonders Tiger Head. Inside, it will lead to a treasure room, where an Aladdin and Jasmine Meet & Greet is found.

Frontierland-
-Bring in a new Woody's Roundup show, similar to Woody's Cowboy Camp, and place it into the Golden Horseshoe Saloon.

-Add new effects such as glimmering crystals, fog, and exploding geysers into the caverns of Tom Sawyer Island.

Liberty Square-
-Hall of Presidents Refurb- Check!

Fantasyland-

-Replace the "medieval" theme with a more charming storybook village theme.

- Get rid of the old Fantasyland Skyway building and replace it with a Tinker Bell Pixie Hollow Meet & Greet area.

-Refurbish all of the dark rides (Peter Pan's Flight, Snow White's Scary Adventures, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh) while the land is getting it's makeover.

-Expand Fantasyland north, past Ariel's Grotto.

-Add an Ariel's Under the Sea Adventure dark ride next to her grotto, including a lighthouse gift store and an indoor lagoon restaraunt.

-Across the way from the LM attraction, add a Beaty and the Beast dark ride, where guests explore the wings of the Beast's forbidden castle. Add a gift shop and a Be Our Guest restaraunt.

Mickey's Toontown Fair-
-Bring Toontown Fair around into a loop so that it reconnects with the new Fantasyland expansion, giving the land two ways of entry.

-Add Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin, the DL classic, in the new entrance area.

-Add a new House of Mouse restaraunt.

- Add a new House of Mouse attraction next to the restaraunt to go along with the ride.

Tomorrowland-
-Give Tomorrowland a makeover to fit a futuristic style, far beyond our own imaginations!

-Give Space Mountain the well-deserved refurbishment that it needs.

-Refurbish Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, adding in the guns and targets from the Disneyland verision.

-Remove Stitch's Great Escape and replace it with a new Tron 2.0 3-D attraction.

-Remove the Tomorrowland Galaxy Palace Theater and the Tomorrowland Skyway and leave it as expansion room.

Entertainment-
-Remove the Disney Dreams Come True Parade and replace it with a new spectacular parade, with incredible original floats for all of the most popular Disney films.

I really love the House of Mouse Ride! I hope you describe this ride to me!

Mary Poppins to replace Peter Pan (although since Peter Pan is consistently popular this doesn't really need to happen...maybe supersize the Peter Pan dark ride now that the Philharmagic building is empty)

I never knew the Philharmagic building is empty. I certainly don't remember it ever closing down now.

Anyway, look for a brand-new Mr. Toad-type dark ride to appear in Toontown in the near future, as part of a bigger and better Toontown...

And oh yeah, definitely overhaul Fantasyland. Make it rival the overhaul of Disneyland's Fantasyland from 1983!

My goodness its been a long time since I've posted in the imagineering forum. So here we go:

Main Street: Make the shops go back to selling special items rather than just the same thing in every store. Make the cinema go back to being a cinema like it used to be rather than just a lame gift shop.

Add more sights to the railroad.

Adventureland:

Get rid of Aladdin ride

Refurb Jungle Cruise

Refurb POTC so that its longer (like DL's version) and a lift at the end. Also give it a blue lagoon resteraunt like at DL.

one of two things can be done to the tiki room: One, convert it into the tiki room resteraunt like it was originally planned. Two, put stitch in there like the tiki room at TDL.

Frontierland:

Give BTMRR quieter lifts and better brakeing sections.

Make Tom Sawyer's island more exciting and less stale.

Add Obama to hall of presidents and put in a better opening movie with less PC. Maybe give speaking parts to Washington or some of the other presidents.

Fantaseyland:

Give it a facelift with the fairly tale village look rather than mideval fair.

Give Peter Pan a good, long refurb with better loading area, and better SFX and animatronics. Same goes for Snow White and Winnie the Pooh.

In the 20k lagoon, add a Beauty and the Beast and Pinoccio dark ride.

Toon Town Fair:

Remake to look like DL's Toon Town and rename it to simply Toon Town. Goofy's barnstormer is rethemed and renamed to Professor Ludwick Van Drake's Gizmatic coaster. Roger Rabbit's car toon spin is added.

Goofy's house, donald's boat are added. And Mickey's house is expanded.

A brand new ride (one originally conceived by the imagineers a while ago) will be a simulator called "Toon Town Bus". Here's some concept art to give an idea what it will be like: http://bp0.blogger.com/_OO7WbmARD08/SCOcGTuql5I/AAAAAAAAG_M/WZZ23Zc1PZw/s1600-h/toontown+trolley.jpg As you can see, its pretty spectacular. On the ride you start taking a lesurly tour around toon town when the phantom blob starts to take over toon town! You must escape!

Tomorrowland:

The whole land gets an overhaul (avenue of the planets stays the same, but the themeing gets spread around the land more).

SGE gets replaced by an update Alien Encounter

MILF gets replaced by an updated Time Keeper.

Buzz Lightyear gets expanded into the empty galaxy palace theater area and the ride is made to be more like DL's version.

SM gets a HUGE refurb with total track replacement, better sfx, spinning tunnel like at DL, enclosed queue, and new post show, and onboard music soundtrack.

Old skyway station gets transformed into Pan Galactic Pizza Port.

CoP gets a well needed refurb.

Indy speedway gets remade into "Cosmic Freeway" with electric cars, futuristic scenery, the works.

Here is a verbal tour for a brand-new attraction to go in MK's new and improved Toontown, one that could potentially rival DL's Roger Rabbit ride! It's called...

GOOFY'S MOTOR MANIA!!!! (Not to be confused with the Goofy cartoon of the (partial) same name)

You enter the ride building, which is the main entrance to Pete's Garage, a car mechanic shop similar to the one in "Goof Troop", where Goofy works as a mechanic. The outside has a gas station that resembles the gas station at DL's Toontown. The entryway to the actual ride shows Goofy trying to stop a car he's driving from going over the edge of the building through a smashed window. Once through the main door of the car shop, you wind through a hallway, adorned with various punny signs, as well as several letters of appreciation, all praising this place for its exceptional (albeit unusual) operation and roadworthy vehicles. But as you continue to wind through the building's lobby toward the eventual load area in the garage out back, you see on a TV a news broadcast that Pete, the owner and founder of the mechanic shop, is so tired of the way bad cartoons are always defeated that he has sided with the Phantom Blot (who had just recently broken out of jail) and they are involved with the latest scheme to destroy Toontonwn. This time, the plan involves a jewelry heist, using the jewels to fuel the plan. And the ones who did the thievery wanted to have a memento to remember them by when they do something even more deadly: demolish Toontown with a time-bomb and kidnap anyone who gets in the way and be put directly in the path of this bomb. Pete particularly was going along with this idea, as retaliation for cartoon bad guys always losing in the end. Then when Toontown is gone, Pete and the Blot plan to rebuild Toontown as a humorless, colorless city full of skyscrapers. The news reporters say not to get too close to this horrid device, or else. They vow to also kidnap anyone who gets in their way and use them as well.

The news reporters then says: "In other news, Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald and Daisy Duck, who have been investigating the theft of the stolen jewels and to find likely candidates for help in the process, have mysteriously vanished. Are their disappearances having something in common with the threat of the eradication of Toontown? Or is it just coincidence?"

Meanwhile, you finally reach the garage out back, where your four-passenger Toon cars are parked, waiting for you. These cars are similar in design and appearance the photo op car parked by the gas station at DL's Goofy Gas. This area is adorned with various license plates, each with a combination of numbers and letters that are all obvious references to Disney films and characters.

Once aboard your car (they depart two at a time), it makes a hard left turn out the door, where it's nighttime. You stop the car by Goofy, who says that the mice and ducks were going to ask for your help in stopping the villains. You were suppose to go link up with the heroes, but, Goofy says, they aren't anywhere to be seen. He claims that they might have been kidnapped by the villains and he thinks that they might be used as the first to go to be wiped out by the villains' Dip time-bomb. He claims to try and get to Mickey's house quickly, as that was where the heroes were last seen. The car then gets going again. But once you reach the quickest route toward Mickey Avenue, you're greeted with a crude-looking detour sign. Something funny about that...

You take the detour only to discover that Pete and the Phantom Blot have changed your plans (though neither you nor Goofy know this at the time). You head toward a fork in the road and there are Pete and the Blot standing nearby. Pete has a menacing grin on his face. Looks like they've been monkeying around with the directional signs. One of them reads "Mickey Avenue" and the other reads "13th Street". From the way they're pointing, you seem to be heading in the right direction, but as you pass by, Pete bellows, "So long, suckers!" Looks like Goofy's plan to get to the bottom of things quickly is off the itinerary.

Your car picks up speed and you go down a skid row-type street, where you see Toon ghosts (similar to the ones in "Lonesome Ghosts") cackling at you and trying to attack you with pranks. This is accomplished with the Pepper's Ghost effect. Meanwhile, lurking behind a barrel, Pete and the Phantom Blot lie in wait, certain they have you right where they want you. Pete then hefts a laser bazooka, powered by another heisted jewel and with the power to completely wipe you out, and then, once you start to get past them, he fires. Luckily, his aim is off and the blast from the gun only hits the back of the car. You feel a major jolt as the blast hits the car. Now your car can be disengaged from its fixed position to spin courtesy of the car's steering wheel.

You now realize why this street is called 13th Street: you smash through a mirror and go behind (and knock over) a ladder. You are also harassed by more Toon ghosts. You then approach a black cat crossing your path. Your car swerves to get out of the way, but the rear tire bumps the cat, now enraged. It now chases after you. Goofy appears up ahead to tell you to hide.

But in his haste, Goofy doesn't tell you exactly where to hide and your car turns left into a dark alley, smashing through the wooden doors as it goes. Inside, you race down the narrow inky black pathways as foul stenches come from everywhere. You accidentally collide with a pile of trashcans, which arouses various angry black alley cats that all chase you onward, joining the one from out in the street. Up the path, Pete and the Phantom Blot lie in wait readying again to nail you with the laser gun. But when they pull the trigger, it only hits an alley cat, resulting in a pile up of all the cats.

You finally swerve to the right at the last second and smash through a fence and into a drive-in theater. You zigzag through the area, smashing through parked cars and swerving and fishtailing past patrons, who run in fright as you barrel through. The two giant screens show various Disney cartoons on them. You then emerge from the theater and onto a busy Toon city street.

Here, you sideswipe an oncoming truck and run a red Toon stoplight, with traffic in both directions stopped. Pete and the Phantom Blot appear once again to try and ambush you with the laser gun, only to hit a car that passes within inches in front of you. Goofy then reappears to again tell you to hide. Again, you hastily hide in the next place you find: the ominous TNT Warehouse.

Inside, it's so pitch black in there that you can't see your hand in front of your face. Then Goofy appears in the room with a lit candle. All around him and you are shelves full of bombs, dynamite, TNT, fireworks and every other explosive imaginable. Lurking nearby, Pete and the Phantom Blot appear yet again. Pete sneaks up beind Goofy and blows out his candle while the Blot hefts the laser gun again and fires. This time, the blast from the bazooka hits the fuse of one firework, lighting it on fire. It then flies through the air and zooms right at an enormous barrel of TNT from a distance. Uh-oh...

KA-BOOM!! The TNT explodes and you go through a Mr. Toad-type explosion scene, with lots of flashing lights, as you see that the whole warehouse is blown to smithereens! Luckily, you and Goofy manage to escape certain doom. You then enter a large gaping hole in the wall, made by the explosion where the warehouse used to be.

Here, you enter the Prop Warehouse. All around are various cartoon props and items and things, including bombs, anvils, cigars and safes. You narrowly avoid getting hit by boxing gloves, cream pies, out-of-control fireworks and even giant mallets that try to take swings at you. Cannibal puppets snap at you and creepy dolls' eyes follow you through the warehouse. A flash of light from a camera flashes (your picture has been taken and you can buy it later). All the while, Pete lurks, trying to let you have it with the laser bazooka.

You then crash to freedom through a stack of crates. Then you finally see Goofy once again. He has grabbed a can full of Super Goobers and gobbles them down. In the wink of an eye, Goofy turns into his alter ego, Super Goof. You don't actually see the transformation, just the shadow.

Goofy has picked up where Pete and the Phantom Blot are now hiding: in the Blot's evil laboratory, which has supposedly been Dip-proofed! He also hears the sounds of Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy supposedly calling for help. He says, "This looks like a job for... SUPER GOOF!!" He smashes a hole in the wall with his fist, so you and he can enter the lab. Inside, you see several electric machines buzzing and humming, all powered by different jewels. Beakers and tubes crisscross the area as well. Shockwaves zip through the room, while Goofy proceeds to take out the machines and chemical beakers, one by one.

Then suddenly, as you turn a corner, you encounter the deadliest threat yet: your steering locks. Something is controlling it! You can't spin! Up ahead are Pete and the Blot. They finally have you right where they want you. Pete holds a magnet that has taken control of your vehicle. You see the GIANT jewel-powered, time-bomb full of Dip, ready to demolish Toontown! But that's not all: Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy are all tied cocoon-style in a rope tied to a power winch which holds the four aloft. They keep screaming for help, while Pete says with an evil laugh, "Go ahead and yell your heads off, but no one can save you! Not even these foolish tourists!" Pete also say to you in the trapped car: "Surrender, or the rodents get it, see?" The Phantom Blot meanwhile moves the trapped two mice and two ducks over closer to the time-bomb. He flips the switch and the bomb counts down from thirty seconds. It looks like this is it for the characters and Toontown for sure!

But then Goofy, still as Super Goof, flies at Pete with his fist clenched and far out in front of him. He manages to sock him in the face. Pete flies into the Blot and both are knocked unconscious. Goofy then tells you to leave while he pulls the power winch with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy tied to it to safety. They thank him as he saves them. As you turn right and head straight for a brick-walled dead end, you hear the bomb explode behind you (courtesy of flashing lights). Then Goofy flies ahead of you and smashes open a hole in the wall to escape.

You go through the hole and find yourself in an alley, where you see Goofy (now dressed in normal clothes) and his pals all gathered around to congratulate you for helping to stop Pete and the Blot from destroying Toontown. "Toontown has been saved once again!" Mickey says with a laugh. Meanwhile, Pete and the Blot are being arrested and taken away by the police. "And we woulda gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling goofs!" Pete snaps.

Goofy and the others bid you good-bye Then you find yourself at the unload area back at Pete's Garage and you get out of your Toon car and exit the ride, the hallway through which goes past a TV news broadcast telling that Pete and the Blot are jailed and Toontown is safe. The TV also provides images of who saved them: Goofy and you (with the picture taken from the Prop Warehouse and for a price, you can buy that picture.). This hall leads to (surprise, surprise) a gift shop: "Goofy's Roadside Stop", a gas station-themed shop, specializing in Goofy- and Florida travel-related merchandise.

Oh, and one last thing: the ride will be set in 1958, and here are the license plates seen in the queue, each with a corresponding year:

We need a brand-new fireworks show, one that could potentially rival the Remember Dreams Come True show at Disneyland, which will not be easy considering how superb that show is. We need to start working on some concepts for a new fireworks show at WDW's MK; any ideas?

Goofy's Motor Mania sounds cool, but I'd like to see some non-Goofy themed attractions, since he's already busy with his Barnstormer :animwink: However, it's cool to see the Imagineers working on Toontown!

I'd like to see a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse attraction of some kind. It would really attract the preschool-aged kids and spread them out from the character greetings.

The little playground next to the Toontown RR station needs to be much bigger!

PLEASE refurb Jungle Cruise, all the animals and affects need work! And one important fact, at night, if the animals aren't lit, and the insides of the boats are fully lit, you can't see anything and the ride sucks! Fix that by maybe lighting some POTC-looking lanterns along the sides of the boats and use fire-effects and other means of lighting along the river.

I disagree about retheming Swiss Family Treehouse. Please don't change it, I love that it is one of the attractions that give us that classic-Disney feel. We all adore the theming!

I also feel the Tiki Room is fine, don't make it weird by adding stitch. The Tiki room has enough animation-style characters. Keep it the way it is!

I like the classic rides the way they are...keep the Hall of Presidents, Mark Twain Riverboat, those are great the way they are!

Walt Disney, One Man's Dream would be a welcome addition to Main Street.

TTA needs a few more things to see on it. It's pretty plain for the most part. And the escalator/people mover is kind of dangerous coming down...maybe make it a regular escalator.

Liberty Square could use some sort of a National Treasure attraction. Do a Kim Possible style adventure game? Or the Indiana Jones style dark ride.

^- I have a feeling that in five years when people forget who Kim Possible is, that the Kim Possible Adventure game will become The National Treasure Adventure game, so I would leave that property alone for now.

"Fantasia"
-A boat ride that uses Swan boats reminiscent of the old boats that used to go around the hub. takes you on a scenic tour of Fantasyland and the many segments of Walt Disney's classic: Fantasia. The ride climaxes at the top of Bald Mountain as guests narrowly escape the clutches of the evil Chernabog.
-this will be fantasyland's premiere e-ticket attraction that takes scenes from both Fantasia movies and strings them together. Our story begins as guests to the great Sorcerer's Castle in the woods as he conjurs up magical imagery which we take a tour of, all goes wrong however when his naive young apprentice, played by Mickey Mouse, messes with his magic and we are sent to meet the evil forces of Chernabog and are pursued by the cruel Firebird. But all hope is not lost though when Mickey saves the day as he uses the power of his imagination to create the magical Sprite that saves us all.

I think that your Fantasia ride should be put in the Studios instead, if only to give it a real water ride that could rival MK's Splash Mountain. And it should also feature scenes from other parts of both movies somehow. Otherwise, excellent idea.

Oh, yeah, I think that both Fantasyland and Toontown are sorely due for an update. The question is, should they both be overhauled simultaneously or separately (in other words, one gets updated first and then the other)?

Well, the good news is, Fantasyland (and Toontown, too) are both getting overhauled. The bad news is, Toontown will be completely eradicated as it succumbs to an expansion of Fantasyland, eliminating almost everything about that, including Mickey and Minnie's homes and, to a degree, the Barnstormer. The Barnstormer's track will remain, but will be themed instead to clowns (why not Casey Jr., given its proximity to the Dumbo theme area, I'll never know). They said that they will relocate Mickey and Minnie to the Town Square Exposition Hall.

With the thought of Toontown being eradicated in mind, where could we put another Toontown, one with the Goofy ride?

Toontown

Well to tell you the truth I don't think there's really any other place for Toontown to go. It could actually become an actual Toontown (I'm sorry but Toontown Fair wasn't as exciting as California and Tokyo's Toontowns) in Hollywood Studios, but honestly that is all I got.
