Filet is my daughter's favorite. And the lamb shank was my dad's favorite. (And we have a funny story about meeting the head chef about the lamb shank
)Looks hammered.
Looks very good. How was the meal.

I ordered it medium rare…so just saying it wasn’t accidentally undercooked but rather exactly how I asked.
That is not rare..... That is perfectly medium rare.....

Just half raw, not fully raw. If he had ordered it rare, THEN I would consider it raw. And yes, in other words.
