That looks absolutely fabulous!

If you are ever looking for a QS version Sunshine Season's has updated what their Salmon is plated with. Not nearly as pretty of a presentation but it was delicious. The salmon there goes quickly so it is always fresh. It also appears to have most of the same ingredients. I often wonder with Disney how the Chefs 'share' their latest ideas.
