First, you need to upload the picture on an image hosting site. Like Photobucket or Imageshack and such. Then, you copy the url of the picture. When you post a comment here, you click on the image button (The little button of the mountain right beside the quote button) and paste the url in the little box it provides. Then just post your message. Hope that made sense ^^;
