People are acting as if Disney is not adding anything anymore, meanwhile Universal is making yearly additions. THIS IS NOT A DISNEY VS UNIVERSAL THREAD, I LOVE BOTH OF THEM.

But when you think about it... Disney is still churning out new additions to WDW also.

2011 - Star Tours: The Adventures Continue

2012 - Test Track 2.0
New Fantasyland

2013 -

2014 - Seven Dwarves Mine Train
Festival of Fantasy

2015 - Soarin' Over The World
MK Hub Expansion

2016 - Disney Springs

2017 - Avatar Land

On top of new DVC's and stuff

Pumbas Nakasak

Heading for the great escape.

Star Tours replaced the prior version.
Test Track replaced the prior version.
7DMT replaced a ride that was torn out and covered in concrete 20 years ago.
Festival of the Fantasy replaced a prior parade.
Soarin' will replace a prior version.

See the issue?

I see where you're coming from, but they are new additions and new experiences to the resort. Which is where I'm coming from.

You really count the hub expansion? Seriously?

Sure it may be needed, but the most it's going to give you is a few new paths to walk, hardly what I expect you go to Disney for.

Sorry, new additions. Most on the list are upgrades of the existing attraction and come at pretty low cost. Again, the changes may be welcome but they are not new additions.

A rethemed Test Track and a Soarin' HD is not going to influence my holiday plans.....though to be honest, only the opening of an new entire park has ever done this for me.
