Water cup change??

I just find this incredibly interesting.
Not the water really, that's just a symptom of a mindset. The mindset itself is was absolutely fascinates me.

When did Disney World become what people claim? An entity that is responsible for our happiness and so much more apparently.

For me, Disney World has always been a beautiful place where my family and/or friends have created great memories together. They provide the setting, I take it from there. When I've had mishaps they have mostly been self inflicted.

Maybe we're just having too much fun to notice or worry about all of this stuff?
A Galactic Spectacular has me on pins and needles waiting for the schedule to be released. So I stress too, just not over something that has an easy solution.

Think for yourselfer
Yeah, it's funny. I needed a water before my flight and it was $3.25 for a bottle at the airport.

Hmmm, guess Disney isn't ripping us off after all?

Actually, your example shows that the airport is also ripping you off. You've been hosed twice now.

I can't wait for the pixie dusters to argue next week that those expecting toilet paper (free too!) in a WDW bathroom have entitlement issues.

They will still offer free TP. Only, it's 3 squares. Anything above that, and you gotta pay.

I find all of this discussion so very stupid for one huge reason: the OP thought this was a new policy change, and that is WRONG. We have gotten the smaller cups of water for at least the last 3 years at some of the QS places. If the policy changed, it was a long time ago, and to be honest, I don't think there was ever a policy of handing out only smaller cups. We have gotten the larger cups at some QS as well, even on our last trip a few months ago.

I agree with you 100%...there should NEVER be a complaint over something that is FREE! Be grateful! I think THIS is a big part of the argument...

Be grateful for 6oz of "free" water? I dunno man, seems a little ridiculous. Every restaurant in the country serves free water.

There's "free water" all over Disney World.
One needs to merely take their cup or water bottle over to a drinking fountain and fill it up.
When they shut off the water fountains, let me know.

Is your "shift" button broken? Do you think your arguments look better in all lower case?

A well thought-out argument demands proper punctuation and spelling...and even proof reading.

Reading your statements is proof that you are just flying off the handle.

yeah.....grammar nazi.....im not very well versed in ponctuation for one (dropped out of highschool to do what i successfully do now) but more so i dont think forums are a formal endeavor requring such etiquette. obviously some people will disagree however my grammar or lack there of is not a representation of intellectual achievement nor the amount of vocabulary i may or may not understand. i find somebody who is so quick to judge people because of grammar or the like arrogant as well as rude and most importantly without merit. sort of like crusades against people who disagree with you. but its ok to each his own.

edit: my galaxy s7 has no shift button technically and well you seem to be keen on technicalities rather than substance.

You had me up to that point. EVERY cell phone has a shift button - you just have to use it.

i said technically its called up arrow or SYM (for system button) for uppercase use theres a up arrow button that you can lock (like caps lock) and below that is the sym button that allows you to use all the alternates. aka ×÷=/_<>[]
