Was there ever a live wicked witch character on Snow White's Scary Adventures?

I remember on doombuggies.com virtual tour of the Haunted Mansion this is discussed by Imagineer

Tony Baxter that at one time Cast members did infact, wear suits of armor and interacted with riders at the DL HM. but but not at the Magic Kingdom HM.
I never saw this myself that I can recall, however I have only been to DL 4 times, the first in 1965. I can believe that it was done though. There is far more walking through the HM in DL than in WDW. I'm going back awhile, but if I remember you walked past the endless hallway, as well as the hallway with the doors prior to getting in the doom buggy.

Nope. Sorry.
The only extra walking at DL is the portrait/bust corridor between the stretch room elevators and the load area.
The things you mentioned are, and always have been, part of the ride.

Maybe you got the idea from the GMR. There is some interaction with the AA witch from The Wizard of Oz there.

True. The ride vehicle stops in the Great Movie Ride, and then the Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz comes up and "talks" to your driver. Ride stop and interaction. If your story is true, that's probably what was being talked about.

There used to be a Witch/Old Hag from Snow White who walked around the park. I remember seeing her when I was probably 6 or 7, so that would've been in the early to mid '70's sometime. The original Snow White's Scary Adventure was quite scary. That witch popped up everywhere in the ride and scared me to death. I used to cry and hide my eyes when we'd ride. lol. It terrified me more than the Haunted Mansion. There was never a real character inside the ride though.
