Objectives:

Unlocking Bonus Stage #1; To unlock the Wishes Firework stage you must collect/gather 100 character autographs in your autograph book. Same character autographs won't count. After gathering the autographs head directly to the Magic Kingom and walk straight to Cinderella Castle where a square will be illuminated.

Unlocking Bonus Stage #2; To unlock the Fantasmic Battle stage you must capture at least 500 fastpass tickets from the game. After collecting the fastpasses head straight to Hollywood Hills Ampitheater andenter through the main gate.

Unlocking Bonus Stage #3; To unlock the Downtown Disney area find at least 50 hidden mickeys around each park. After collecting them a Downtown Disney icon will appear on your map and you will be able to access it.

Secrets:
Fastpasses might be hidden where you least expect them. (behind a trashcan)

Hidden Mickey's can be found in almost any location including the ceiling. Hidden Mickey's are not in any attractions.

Hidden trails can be found in both the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. These usually serve as shortcuts between locations and you might even find some characters lurking about.

Starting Room:
One thing about the WDW Unleashed is that the game always starts off at main checkpoint, your "room". You can personally give it your own touch with wallpaper, furniture, and items.

Wallpaper; There are over 13 various wallpaper styles to choose from. You can pick your own colors and details if you feel like it. Wallpaper is 20 coins per style.

Furniture; Furniture in the room includes beds, tables, and shelves. Each piece of furniture costs from 40 coins to 180 coins depending on size.

Items; One thing to find around the parks is souvenirs. Souvenirs are usually found in gift shops or other shopping places scattered throughout Disney. Downtown Disney is a great place for shopping with tons of various stores and items. Items have a high price range and, after bought, can be placed in your room. Each item bought will go into your 'backpack' which you can access inside your room. Each item is able to be moved to any location you want.
Examples:
Souvenir Guide
Cinderella Castle Model
Spaceship Earth Model
Photo Frames
light sticks
neon lights
Pirate/Future/western/ old fashioned/ strange accesories

Character:
In the game you centrally play a character. Your character has a chart featuring various labels. During the game you might notice a bar appear next to the label. This can mean you are getting hungry, thirsty, or even have to use the restroom. If the bar turns red and touched the other side of the screen you will lose some coins.

Food: To fill your character up you need to visit various food locations and get a bite. Food prices are genuinely cheap and inexpensive. Food locations ranging from snack carts to restaurants can be extensively found everywhere in all parks and especially at Downton Disney.

Restroom: Emptying your character's bladder is something that is oh so important and will happen on occasions. Restrooms in the parks can be found mostly anywhere. This is easily solved as all you have to do is walk into a restroom and wait for a second.

Heat: Considering the cheerful sunny weather for most of the game expect at least a slight chance of heat stroke. This is very rare and tends to show up not very often. Refreshment stands are located everywhere around all of the parks. Restaurants feature beverages as well. Prices range from one coin to three coins. Sun hats are very good at protecting at heat stroke for a good amount of time. Same with sunscreen.

Clothes: Shirts, pants, shoes, and other accesories are better located at Downtown Disney than the regular parks. Prices range from 58 coins to 67 coins.

I like it so far, similar to another idea here. I like the decidedly "Sims" feel. Good work so far, can't wait for attractions!

:) Thanks. It is similar to the Sims in the way you have to take care of your character. (otherwise it is completely different.)

How does this game function, anyway? Is it anything like other type games?

It is like a typical console game with controllers. I can't imagine how it would work with the Wii.

The consoles would be;
computer
Playstation 2
X-Box 360
Playstation 3
Wii

I can't really think of a great comparison.

Items:

Coins; One important item in the game is a coin. Coins allow you to buy important items or things to customize your room. Coins are located throughout each of the parks and tend to show up in hidden places. One way to get coins is to sell any of your items that you have purchased before hand. Each game always starts your character off with 500 coins. Coins can actually be taken away for several reasons.
1.) Failure to follow park guidelines
2.) rudeness to guests
3.) losing a life or a level

Autograph Book: Located in your backpack is an autograph book. These are used to collect character autographs to unlock bonus stages.

Backpack: Used to carry items around. A backpack can only carry 14 items at a time.

Glow Stick: Glow sticks are used to help you find your character during a night stage. These can also help you out on some levels.

Watch: A watch will help you keep track of time, weather, and other things.

Enviroment:

Heat (Sun): The most common game enviroment is when it is sunny out. A good amount of the game features temperature changes with hot being the most likely. Unfortunately for your character, this can lead to heat stroke which in turn will cost you coins.

Rainy: Just as there is sun there is rain. While rain is not particularly harmful, lighting is. Umbrellas and ponchos are available at most park locations.

Night: The sun easily goes down after an hour so expect it to get dark outside. Unless you are in a lighted area the best thing to do is use a nighstick to help you find your bearing.

Jungle Cruise:

Level 1 (Boat Journey): The game starts off with you piloting a tour boat. The level focuses on you safely getting the boat to the next dock where you need to unload. The boat isn't too hard to control however you need to avoid current pull that can suck you into a whirlpool or onto a waterfall. Also, avoid hitting any animals in the water as that can also damage your boat and cost you health.

Level 2 (Dock 1): You start level 2 by unloading at the first dock. In level 2 you must go straight into the jungle to get several missing items that were apparently stolen from the dockmaster. When going through the jungle you need to keep a sharp eye for the supplies and avoid any dangerous animals that are wandering around the area. After collecting the supplies return to the dock to receive 4 coins from the dockmaster, get into your boat and continue on.

Level 3 (Forbidden Ruins): The next level is the Forbidden Ruins. You need to avoid spiders and tigers and snakes in this area. The point of the level is to use the dynamite you collected from the dock earlier on to clear a path for your tour boat. There are several fallen idols you need to blow up to get through. One major hazard in this level is the roof falling in after an explosion. Step to the side and avoid any falling debris.

Level 4 (Dock 2): In this level you must unload at the dock and head to the main clearing. Expect there to be several lions and hyenas in this area. Also, spooking the zebras can lead to a stampede. Try to run as quickly as you can through this area and outrun any pursuing animals. After passing through the main clearing you will come to a trail next to the river. Avoid any Indian traps and falling boulders while walking on. At the end of the path is another clearing with a crashed plane ahead of you. Four men will be halfway up a pole with a group of angry rhinos on their tail. You need to distract the rhinos while running as fast as you can so the guys can get down from the totem pole. As a reward the men will give you 7 coins each.

Indian Traders: While driving your tour boat through the river be sure to stop at Indian Trading outposts. They will be happy to give you whatever supplies you need including health.

Beating this level will earn you three fast passes.
