I'm not a vegan myself, but I don't necessarily want to have meat with every meal, as I've reaped substantial health benefits by cutting down on it. More options are always good, and I'm glad to hear that the new vegan ones will be labeled with a special icon for easy identification.
Of course, it's only a matter of time before I utter the words, "I'll have the vegan burger with kale and quinoa... and could you put some bacon and cheese on that, please?"
I don't want meat with every meal either. But those foods will be fruit, veggies, pasta, bread, etc. Not tofu or a pretend burger.
