Hopping would be nice, but there's no issue riding rides right now. You can ride anything you want in a park, most with sub-30 minute waits, and many more than once.

Have you been to the parks since they reopened you are not walking on all the major rides, especailly ones like Smugglers run maybe the first week or two but not now.

SUV or mini (not Minnie) van. The vans in particular are like riding in a CIA vehicle with black paint and blacked out windows.
Those VIP guides have perks. They get to eat with their guests in the parks. I've seen them eat at HS Brown Derby, not cheap.

Disney is not requiring masks because Orange County requires them. There’s no way Orange County or Disney lifts the mask requirement in 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks is September 12. You are entitled to think whatever you want but that’s not even close to being based in reality. My prediction is WDW will not be open without the mask requirement in 2020. I’m pretty confident in that at this point.

I’m not a gambling man but I would place money on that as well. Masks help reduce spread, and Disney wants to stay open. Why would they remove that requirement in September? o_O

Yes. And I didn't say walk-on; I said most less than 30 minutes. There are some exceptions, such as Runaway Railway, Slinky Dog, and Tower of Terror - Splash Mountain too. Those at HS make sense, as they're two of the most recent rides plus one with majorly reduced capacity - all in the currently most popular park. And we all know what's going on with Splash.

I think the meal is included.
Only on the specialty tours, such as Ultimate Day of Thrills. On the Private VIP Tours (7 hours minimum, up to 10 guests), you pay for your own food. The Plaids have cards that will get them food at the same venue; some tour participants have actually paid out of pocket for their Plaids' meals.
