I am amazed. I understand some of the value now, but over the first year and a half what was the point?
No one anticipated a global pandemic that would shut down in person races for 18 months.

This is what I have for MW. If anyone has any pricing to fill in that would be great.
I mean basically. On the disboards I used to have a massive RunDisney FAQ style thread with all the info you could need on the races. In there each year I would update pricing and keep a historical reference of past pricing to see how much pricing had gone up from the previous year. Well I am no longer on the disboards so I took my info and moved it to a spreadsheet to keep it running. So now I want to fill the whole thing out.Great job, but why? Trust me, "just because", is a valid response.

@dreamfinder does the same for registrations.
Anything is possible, but considering the lead time and the volunteers that have helped in the past, I would hope not.Just something that I've been thinking about....I've seen several races modify courses to be loops due to a shortage of volunteers (which is obviously understandable).
Do you think runDisney might have the same problem and have to modify the courses to accommodate less volunteers?
I plan on volunteering for the half and full in January!!
That's a great idea!
I'm debating between the 10K and the half. I may volunteer for the one I don't pick.
The charity group I had tentatively signed up with was just informed this morning that they were denied bibs for all 3 weekends. I saw Children’s Miracle Network decided not to participate due to new restrictions for charities. Just wanted to put this out there for those looking to run for a charity. I’ll be looking to see who was actually approved, and hopefully can still run with one, but things will definitely look different for the 2021-2022 season.
Here’s the email that someone posted on Reddit:CMN will still be the recipient charity for Princess Weekend, correct?
I know thousands are raised for the named charities for each weekend.
Agreed - I saw Second Harvest was listed as the features charity for W&D, and you could add on a donation as part of registration. So hopefully they’re not cutting out a sponsor charity for Princess weekend altogether.Well, that explains why they aren't listed as a sponsor for the 2022 weekend. I thought part of our registration fee went to the charity. If that's the case, then runDisney needs to either fund another charity - although Princess won't be the same without CMN - or reduce the fees.

These weekends are a huge help to these wonderful organizations, not only financially, but also in just getting their name and mission out there. I always love hearing the success stories shared during the pre-race announcements.
