From what I can tell it’s a GC which isn’t right. To your point if you’re not there why have a GC. Prob why I’d cancel and rebook if I do it.
Yeah, I don't need any more shirts with large amounts of plastic on them....

Yeah, if everything is going virtual, then bring back the Anaheim races as virtual. None of the issues, then, that put them on "hiatus". Although running is a challenge right now with the smoke from the fires.

The fun of doing Castaway is running on the island....and surviving the Loop of Death.
If the race has gone virtual, that means the cruise will probably be cancelled. That will make my 4th DCL cruise cancelled.

That loop requires so much motivation to get though...it is what started me on this crazy runDisney journey.
And you run through it TWICE.

So, those who will be racing what are you going for?
Hopefully registration doesn't close quickly. Would like to pick up the 5K and 10K. But I'm at a certain theme park right now....

As for my answer, I am definitely going for a 10K and castaway challenge.
Which if I am understanding this right I can just get the castaway challenge without worrying about not doing the other races besides the 10K?
I may add on another race if I change my mind but we shall see for now these are the two I am really after.

So...I asked this before but can we checkout for multiple races at a time? Worried I won’t be able to get the ones I want. The queue’s worry me.
Yes, just select "register for another" or something like that once you put in all your info. Warning. Sometimes it doesn't work.

My husband and I ran/walked it maybe 2013-2014, back when they gave out those plastic Mickey ear “I’m a Winner!” medallion things. My husband greatly underestimated the weather, and suffered from severe dehydration later in the day. Ended up in the infirmary on an IV and missed our dinner at Remy.
That course is no joke! It’s easy to forget to take precautions when you’re on vacation. We haven’t been on a cruise since - I really want to make it up to him, haha!
While crew members tell you about that loop through the hedges, you really don't understand why it's called that until you've actually run it. Who'd think running on a completely flat course would be so challenging. But there is the 1 mile hike to the starting point, lol.
