My body feels worse than it did a week ago. Recovering was fine until friday, when the soreness in muscles increased, and giving me limp and messed up knee on saturday.
Or working a lot directly after returning home. But today is better, but I need to focus on my recovery more.Of course that 10 hour flight home and multiple plane changes had nothing to do with it.....
