Minimum temperature of 48 (8 degrees celcius) ? Sounds like perfect running weather to me. No rain, gentle breeze.

While I must admit I like the temps for running, I would have liked to have some warmer temps for park touring.

Looks like I might need to plan on washing my cold weather gear a few times during Dopey this year. More concerned with my DW in her first half, she doesn't have the variety of gear I've accumulated.

Nope. By the time rD announced cancellation of Anaheim races, Marathon weekend sold out.

Sorry if this is somewhere on the thread but 132 pages are a lot to go through. This is my first runDisney event and I am doing the Dopey. I am in corral D but will be stepping back to H to be with my sis-in-law for the half. How long do they take for each corral to get started? I thought I saw somewhere that it was 8-15/corral. Does that mean I will be standing around in corral H for 1 - 2 hours after the start of the race? Do you actually have to be in your corral by race start at 5:30 or can I just chill in my car and then get there later so I don't do as much standing around?

It will be a while before corral H is on route. Certainly with big races, it's a problem. I've done 15K race where I'd see the last starters while I'm finishing (the first/last 500 meter are in the same street)

I cannot remember if those corrals can be at the start later, I was in C for the 2017 WDW marathon edition.

During runDisney Paris, they did made such a change ofter complains from the 2016 edition. People had to wait too long in the cold, so in the '17 edition, the last corral would open and close 30 minutes after the first two.

Hey all. Been MIA as I dealt with various injuries. I'm running the half this week and I'm very under trained so I will be walking quite a bit of it unfortunately. Turns out I ran the dark side half on a fractured ankle accidentally... between rehab of that and a lower back injury I'm limping along.

It's 28 degrees here and so I'm forced to do my last long run on a treadmill due to asthma. I hate the treadmill.

I think I am ready - and after suffering through all the cold runs these past 2 months I am almost relieved about the cold, as I was getting a bit worried about suddenly running in very warm weather.

You'll be one of the few runners who will be happy about the temperatures, lol.

Have a safe trip and we want a picture of your first WDW rD medal.
