I don't think a float of that size would even fit down Main Street, especially with the Christmas decorations up across the street, but I just might be underestimating its size. Although if they could, it would be neat for them to somehow bring the float back to WDW after Macy's and display it somewhere on property for the holiday season.

The only reason I know about them is becuase one of my friends lives in Southern NJ. Any celebration or parade from Philly is certianly not broadcast here. Everything here is NYC.
Macy's on the otherhand is nationwide.

Similiarly - how many of you can watch the Gasparilla Pirate Invasion or Guavaween parade?
I do know one thing - the second some DL'ers get wind of this they're gonna be mad that it's all about WDW.

j/kIf they present the float as part of the HCOE in honor of DL's 50th during the parade, it'll all be fine. Afterall, DL already created a beautiful 50th float for last year's Rose parade that was televised nationally.

The float is from WDW and for the Happiest "Celebration" not the Happiest "Homecoming" so there's bound to be a riot.

Well, I'm not sure where this thread has gone, but I guess I'll have to check out the NY parade this year (only during our parade's comercials, of course; we can't break tradition). I still wonder what will happen this year, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
