A post-modern engineering building perhaps? Like this building at MIT
Perhaps the film school building is designed like the Carthay Circle Theater?
This isn't a college but it's in Singapore and looks freaking sweet.

Here is the new map with a bigger EPCOT City. There are two versions, one with the different areas highlighted and another with just the infrastructure and land look.
red = themeparks
black = Elias International Airport (EIA)
blue = hotel
grey = monorail
yellow = road
purple = peoplemover
