Walls down at the Castle Walls

Didn't spend a lot of time in this area when we were there last week and the rain caused me to leave the camera behind, anyway, one issue I saw had to do with the wall that runs down to the rest rooms outside of the Forrest. I think this area has been open awhile so maybe it is not a big deal, anyway, in the photos posted, i am talking about the wall in the left side of the 10 th photo, the bricks are staggarded a bit and I saw three kids (parents not watching or maybe not caring) who felt this was one of the rock climbing attractions....all three were trying to climb the wall...I figure legal would have a fit if they saw what I had seen last week....

I'm actually wondering, but what's the likelihood of the castle being repainted once the expansion has finished? I mentioned it on the previous page, but I really do like the paintwork of the Tokyo castle.

It certainly looks a lot more fresh and professional to me.
I heard they were going to paint it to look like a giant cake... No wait, that already happened;)

I also prefer the paint job in Tokyo, but it was my impression that they painted it to differ the look from WDW. Would look nice though.

I like that each castle has a different color scheme. It gives them unique looks, even though they have identical designs.

Also, if Disney had plans to change the color scheme of the castle soon, they wouldn't have painted the castle walls to match the current scheme.
I too like that all are unique with different colour schemes, but I just feel certain things could be spruced up a bit with the WDW castle.

I'm not talking anything major at all, but I just feel a bit more detailing could go a long way.
The brick work on the castle looks fine but the peach is bad. Each side is a different shade due to the sun.
Really? That's a shame, but I'm not surprised.

Haha.

The first time I saw the castle was when it was dressed up like that.
Certainly a big improvement when I went a year later (1998), even if I did like the cake look as a kid. :p
