Alright, for appropriate reference, this info is according to Al Lutz from miceage.com under the August 15th update.
According to this update, the amazing free-walking animatronic dinosaur built by Walt Disney Imagineering (and shown on a Travel Channel special about the Imagineers) will make its test runs in the last few weeks of August at DCA. He says this testing will be brief (and a little incentive to bring guests into DCA) before being shipped to the "East Coast" to be presented to the media.
Now, what I interpret this as is this. The walking dino, called Lucky (ahhh  ) will be presented to the media during the major media events planned for the opening of Mission:Space, Mickey's Philharmagic and the new Magical Gatherings promotion (and probably MGM's stunt show and Epcot's Soarin'). I hope this happens and Lucky starts to make appearances at AK this year. That would be so cool!
