IF you don't know who I'm talking about check out his youtube :) keeps me disneyfied between trips

If you enjoy Justin Scarred you may like The Tim Tracker and Adam the Woo. Not exclusively Disney content but fun to watch.

We were lucky enough to meet Justin once at EPCOT.

A real pro would have used a concealed camera (google glass or similar) or a go pro bolted to a stroller.

Security would never had a clue that the camera was in use.

I agree the guy thought he was a celebrity and entitled to flout the rules.

So I guess Disney will be cracking down on live streaming any minute now?

They changed their video policy a few years ago when someone shot a film inside Magic Kingdom that was then shown in various film festivals, don't remember the title, but the policy is basically you can't shoot video for profit inside their parks.

I frequently enjoy his content, but he could often benefit from a pronunciation guide. And a fact-checker. 😉
lol so true. I have learned that is part of his charm! Sometimes it cracks me up especially when there are spanish words involved. It is funny because I don't think they really knew a lot about Disney before, despite living in the area. I think they have found a niche market and are capitalizing on it, which is great imho. They have the personality for it. Yet there are so many movies and things they are not familiar with that a fact checker probably would be good. Its all in good fun, family friendly and fun brain candy in relation to the crap that they put on tv.

How judgmental of you. How would you feel if someone came to you and told you you're wasting your time browsing internet forums and you could be doing something far more productive?

That's like saying all the Harry Potter films are garbage even though you've never sat down and watched one. You dont have a dog in this fight, I'm afraid.

Lol im sorry people who consider making YouTube a career is crazy.

If delusional ****** bags like this guy... who doesn't seem to realize he's basically a parasite living off of content the Walt Disney Company produces and owns... but if said parasite goes around causing trouble and bad publicity like this, I think the Walt Disney Company is well with in their right to go after people who ask for donations on lives streams filmed within their parks

it was fun while it lasted

p.s. the word "famous" is getting used waaay too loosely these days
Escape from tomorrow was the name of the film. It was a pretty big story at the time, because It was a horror type movie that depicted disney in less than flattering light. I remember I ordered it off amazon the first day it came out. It was better than I expected actually. Many people thought Disney would sue the film makers, but I don't think they made enough money on it for Disney to bother.

Ugh no. Someone who thinks living off videos is pathetic. Idc what you think about me or my thought. But truth is truth. It's pathetic.

I heard about this guy once who wanted to make a living by drawing animated mice. Pathetic!, he should get a real job. ;)

It's a shame that you choose to paint all of YouTube with a single brush. Yes, this guy is one of the worst type of YouTubers. On the other end of the spectrum are people like Adam Savage from Mythbusters who now has his own YouTube channel with a lot of great content, or as someone recently mentioned in a another thread, EEVBlog where you can get a pretty good education on electronic engineering.

Oddly I like adam the woo on justins youtube, but by himself he seems more fake and dry (I feel he feeds off of people better than he is alone). Justin just seems like a good guy, and makes me laugh.

Security: [Loudly] "Your attention please! We have a guest here that doesn't know who he is, can anyone in the crowd assist him?" :hilarious:

As for people making a living on YouTube, there are such people. Like any other profession, it takes hard work and long hours to reach the point where you can live off it and equally hard work to maintain it. Very few have the patience.
