Ooo! Naturally I choose Frollo from Hunchback. If not the most vile villian, he is one of the most interesting. I love villians that believe that what they're doing is what is right (to some degree). Javert from Les Mis? Anybody? Anybody...?

I think the cruelest Villain in the parks would have to be Frollo! Even though he is my favorite he is sooo mean to me, unless I show him my many Frollo pins, and then he warms up to me.
