Well, we actually have Duke’s Cafe and Cal’s Restaurant. Both are there to harmonize with the “New Orleans style” ambiance and Dr. Facilier’s Voodoo Lounge. It is important to remember that these are the two places that Tiana works doubling the shift. While the places aren't villains per se, I think those places drain all of her energy… Sometimes a workplace that doesn't value you can hurt you as bad as a powerful villain
