Nope, he's in the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. And if I recall, he was meeting and greeting during one of the runDisney events.

That's good to know. I was going to ask that, if you could get in early like you can with the MK holiday party tickets.
The price of the party ticket is even better now, IMO. I'm glad it was as cheap as it was (well, sort of cheap), but it's nice to get a couple of extra hours, considering my pass is blocked on weekends.

The Parks Blog includes a picture of the face character Maleficent from the recent film, not "Classic Maleficent."
Is this the Maleficent they plan to have meeting and greeting? The blog also references "the moors," which is another nod to the recent film.

I seemed of vaguely recall seeing him on a float in a pirate and Princess parade… But I'd have to go back to weed through the photos to make sure.

I want to say he showed up last year for the Talk Like a Pirate Day Limited Time Magic or some LTM promotion, but I'm not positive on that.

He was not at any of the LTM, only at races for greets last year
Kids under 10 can wear a costume anyway. But yes people can dress up for this event.

Oddly there is a good bit of interaction on that post, I agree the comments are usually lacking
The rumored appearances of Yzma, Kronk and the Cheshire Cat will now not be happening according to Kenny the Pirate. I believe that WDW was trying to get them from Paris so it will be interesting to see how they now make up the numbers to get to 50, I hope they don't just add Stormtroopers to make up the numbers. It is a bit odd as I can't see why the costumes can't just be flown out, it's hardly like Paris uses them regularly. Or couldn't they just make some? All character costumes are made at WDW anyway.
