This just makes me really excited for future meet-n-greets in all Disney parks. I think we're entering a new wave, where it will no longer be "Lets throw Tiana in this gazebo behind a building" or "Yeah, Peter Pan go chill by that bridge." I think soon enough meet-n-greets will have a bigger purpose.

I am really excited to see what the interior of the Princess Hall will look like, I'm expecting that to be on this level. I'm also curious to see if they've added anything to Ariel's Grotto to improve the experience.

I think that some of the effects developed for Cinderella, Aurora will be coming to the Princess Fairytale Hall, in the former location of Snow White's Scary Adventures. But, I don't think they will build the massive M&G they had planned for FLE, it will probably be put in a Disney park in some form or another, . . . just not the Magic Kingdom.
I somehow get the feeling the magic mirror from Snow White will be used to either invite you to meet the fairest of them all or tell you to wait until you can board the mine train.

I agree with you on this, I think you will see these sorts of effects in Princess Fairytale Hall and hopefully in Pete's Silly Sideshow. I also agree that it's unlikely the major Cinderella and Aurora M&G will show in Magic Kingdom.

And I think it is likely.

Agree 100% and I may never actually enter one of these. But they are pure genius in their potential impact. Keep in mind Princess Hall was rumored to be temporary (although that still may mean many years) and I expect they may get seperate venues in the future. A Tiana m&g along these lines would be extremely popular. They just need to learn how Disneyland is able to use space so well. Even with the FLE there is room for more mega m&g's. So much potential there!

I think the lines for Belle will change everything again. It really is the 'third generation' of m&g's and will change theme park design forever.

PS- Sorry Lee but it is the truth.

So, we all agree on here the FLE is no 'Potter Swatter', as it were. The WWoHP has proven to be enough of a draw that people will take a day at Universal just to see this 'land'. Indeed, some may even see this attraction as a main reason to visit Central Florida. I'm not going to suggest that FLE will have even remotely the same influence, and I don't believe it was ever designed to do more than absorb and spread out MK crowds. Having said all this however, here's my thought on FLE.

As more and more details, sketches, photos, and video has become available on the FLE (and for me that includes the highly themed new Tangled washroom/rest area), I've become increasingly more excited. This thread showing more detail about the m&g is awesome, and gives me a feeling of old school imagineering. I have hope that WDI still can produce if given the creative latitude, and the money. That's awesome.

But, here's the thing that hit me as I thought about FLE today...are you ready for this? I can now can say for sure that I am going to enjoy these MK additions much more than WWoHP. And it's not just because I'm a Disney fan(atic). For me, WWoHP is cool, but been there, done that. I'm not a fan of the movies, but the area is wonderfully themed (except for being able to see the roller coaster), and FJ is a wicked ride. Not a place, I'd spend much time or travel 'cross town to visit again though. On the other hand, I can easily see myself spending a decent amount of time enjoying FLE (along with the 'old' FL) attractions, and doing so repeatedly. I am looking forward to eating at BatB Restaurant and riding the LMA and 7DMT, but I also know that I'll very much enjoy the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction, and just sitting in Fantasyland Forest or the Tangled rest area, having a beverage, and enjoying the theming. Not a 'Potter Swatter' for the masses, but for me, a place I'm much more excited about than WWoHP, and much more excited to experience than I was when it was first announced in 2009. Can't wait 'til Decemeber! :)

Sorry what's FLE?

I am soooo excited about this development at Disneyworld. I can't believe how blessed I am that my first ever trip to Disney will be when this is open as we are going in February. Such blessed timing!

BTW When I first saw that mirror my mouth gaped open and I went "woah" lol

I wish that the cottage had smoke effects. Every once in a while smoke would plume out of the chimney and basement windows to give the allusion that Maurice was working on another invention.

I thought I saw somewhere that smoke would be coming out of the dwarves ccottage on mine train. It's an easy enough effect, I mean they used it for the bugs life billboard you see as you leave the MK.
