I know I tend to over analyze things, but, I noticed it as well and have for a number of years. I have to wonder. Why would they keep other attractions looking nice and not Buzz. There must be some reason. Perhaps the entrance placement and the wind movements might make it a place that all the junk just plain blows into. That's just a guess, I'm not going to argue it's validity, it just gives me pause when there is no logical explanation for things, that maybe there are other forces working against it. Who knows?Buzz is well known for not being kept looking good, the line especially.
It has always looked blurry to me, even when it was new.philharmagic too. the film looked blurry. not as sharp as it used to be.
And Tough to be a Bug looks very faded currently.philharmagic too. the film looked blurry. not as sharp as it used to be.

I don't notice the peeling paint and dust in the ceiling of rides as much as I do notice the urine smell on the monorails.
No, I got a $300 credit on my entire trip over my concerns. Disney is a great company and they know I think so.
Well, he seems happy
Well he should be...that bracelet injects rufalin and cat tranquilizers every twenty minutes!

Agreed on all of these, esp the ceiling of IASW. I'm not sure if this counts, but last time I rode JC, the water was FILTHY. It was really nasty, and it was a really strange orange color. Everyone was commenting on it. CoP was pretty bad, but apparently they're addressing that?
Is it? It seemed like a recent development. I feel like I would've remembered thatI believe the JC water is that color on purpose. Can't remember if it's dye or not.

It was talked about during its recent refurb when they drained the attraction and removed the animatronics. They filled it back up, then turned the water that brownish orange color. I think it's supposed to resemble the real water on a jungle river.
Like this photo of the Amazon:
Hmm, I see. I guess that makes sense. Seeing the change was jarring at first though. But it also had a lot of debris/junk in it as well.
