Just some things I noticed on our trip to Epcot today. Sorry if some of these are old items...haven't been there since before Christmas.

Parking lot: Huge tents and bleachers next to the finish line for the marathon. On the way to Epcot, there are tons of portable toilets on the side of the road (at least 50-70 of them)...is this what they are for?

The Seas with Nemo: Looked like this got some nice TLC. Jellyfish scrim looked flawless and they were all moving. The Angler fish (Kuta arm) was moving nicely. The shark was actually poking his head out (next to Bruce), usually you just hear the air.

The Land: Garden Grill was rotating (don't know if this is new...just haven't seen it move in awhile). The construction walls were removed, next to the Lab windows. Now has fish in tanks on the bottom and plants on top.

Spaceship Earth: Music very low outside. When did they add the boy in front of the two horses in the roman road network scene? Triangles are all over, I like the ones with the sprinkler heads through them.

Innoventions: Rockin' Robots was not operating (Time Out).

Thats about it. Lines weren't bad. No sign of Christmas except of the paper-ware (napkins/cups).

Sprinklers through the triangles?! Well there is some food for thought. Pretty much proves to me something permanent and substantial is on the way.

Opinion on the new fish garden?

Nice update.

Both interesting points....What boys are you talking about for SSE?

I don't remember seeing him there about 1-2 months ago. It was just the horses (I remember cause I was trying to see their feet...I know....wierd).

I like it a lot. Much better than having the same thing on both sides. Here is a pic for anyone interested.

I love that contraption so much I am putting one in my backyard.

Actually I am really impressed by this addition.

Good work Land people.

Yep, the horse boy has always been there. He may have gone AWOL recently I guess - you know the AAs have a habit of doing that! Good news about The Seas effects. Sounds like it had some needed TLC. Last summer the scrim was ripped and a jellyfish was missing - but its support wasn`t, and Bruce was stuck. Let`s hope they have solved the Kuka issues too. Garden Grill should always be turning - anyone have any info on how long it was immobile?

Ah, good they finally fixed that broken arm in The Seas. Lets hope it stays fixed. And good to hear the jellies are back in good working order.

And what is this about the triangles? Interesting bit there.

A most excellent update, dude. ;)

What if Garden Grill does not turn, does it freeze up

Yes. It just sits there. That's what "it stoped" meant.:lookaroun
:ROFLOL:

I check it everytime I am there because it's one of those original things that still lasts and was so over the top when Epcot opened. Not so much because it was a totally new concept but because it overlooked the ride. Great concept!

And I have never seen it not working that I remember.
